The pertinent rules and regulations include, in particular, Rules and Regulations of the German Bar (BRAO – Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung), Professional Regulations for Lawyers (BORA – Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte) and the German Federal Lawyer’s Fees Act (RVG – Gesetz über die Vergütung der Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte).
